GO·ZAD / PRIVACY

Your information.
Handled with care.

Read the GoZad privacy policy and find the information relevant to your inquiry, resource request or event registration. The policy below explains the site’s information practices and how to raise a question with our team.

Information you choose to share

Contact and sponsorship forms collect the details you enter so GoZad Marketing can respond to your inquiry. Resource forms collect your name, email address and the resource requested. Event forms collect your first and last name, email, company and job title, together with the event and registration status.

Downloads and event confirmations

We record which resource you requested and whether its download link was accessed. We keep event registrations so we can coordinate attendance, manage waiting lists and send relevant information. GoZad-managed events are free; this website does not collect payment information.

Storage and email

Submitted information is stored in this website’s WordPress database and may be viewed or exported by authorized team members. Transactional emails are sent through Resend, which processes email addresses and message content for delivery. Hosting and email providers may maintain operational logs.

Updates and preferences

Signing up for marketing updates is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry, requesting a resource or registering for an event. Contact us to change your preferences or ask about access to, correction of or removal of the information you provided.

Retention and site functions

Records are kept for the period configured by the site administrator and as needed to manage requests and events. Short-lived technical records help prevent form abuse and enable private download links. Your browser may store a session preference to avoid repeating the introduction animation. Third-party links have their own privacy policies.

Frequently asked questions

Questions,answered.

How should I read this privacy policy?

Begin with the policy above and find the headings relevant to the way you use the website. The sections cover information you choose to share, downloads and event confirmations, storage and email, updates and preferences, retention and site functions, and contact. These questions help you navigate that text. Read the relevant section in full before drawing a conclusion about a particular request, and contact our team if the wording leaves a question unanswered.

Where can I find information about different requests?

The first policy section describes the information associated with inquiries, resource requests and event registrations. The following section discusses downloads and confirmations. Match your question to the function you used rather than assuming that all website interactions follow an identical process. For example, a resource request and an event registration have different purposes. The privacy policy provides the context for those functions, while our team can clarify a question about the specific information you provided.

Where are marketing preferences explained?

Read “Updates and preferences” in the policy above. That section distinguishes optional marketing updates from an inquiry, resource request or event registration and gives a route for contacting the team about your preferences. If you have a question, explain which interaction or update you are referring to so that the relevant context is clear. These reading notes do not add a new subscription condition; they point you to the existing privacy information and contact route on this page.

How can I ask about information I have provided?

Use the email address in the Contact section above for questions about your information. Describe the request or interaction you mean and the point you would like clarified. The policy identifies access, correction, removal and preference questions as subjects you can raise with the team. These notes help locate that wording and do not add a new response deadline or a separate procedure. Read the privacy policy alongside the function you used, then ask about anything that remains unclear.

Where can I read about storage, retention and site functions?

The sections titled “Storage and email” and “Retention and site functions” contain that information. They describe the site’s storage context, email delivery, operational records and selected functions. Read those sections together when your question involves both a request and the technical steps around it. The privacy policy does not state a single fixed retention period for every situation. If you need more detail about a particular record or function, use the Contact section to ask the team directly.

What should I know about third-party privacy information?

The policy above notes that third-party links have their own privacy policies and identifies Resend in connection with transactional email delivery. A provider’s privacy information should be read in its own context; it is not a replacement for GoZad’s policy. Use this page for questions about information you have provided to GoZad, and consult the relevant provider for its own published practices. To read the provider information referenced here, visit Resend’s privacy policy.
